Two names, one fire
Ember & Oak opened in 2019 with a wood grill, twelve tables, and a stubborn idea: that cooking over live fire forces a kitchen to pay attention. There is no dial to hide behind. The coals are either right or they are not.
We buy from farms within an hour of the restaurant, we butcher in-house, and we keep the menu short enough that everything on it earns its place. Some nights we run out of the ribeye. We consider that a feature.
Come hungry, stay late.
